Laptop skins and iPod skins allow the user to decorate their device to reflect a personal style.
eSkins are made from .0035 mil vinyl with a .003 mil clear laminate. They are designed to be flexible enough to bend to slight curves and yet durable enough to offer protection. The printing is under the clear laminate to help avoid scratches and although it helps protect the device, it's main purpose is to allow the user to decorate with their own unique design. The adhesive is strong enough to adhere to most plastic and metal surfaces but can be removed to change designs if needed.
1. Why should I apply a skin to my laptop, iPod player or other electronic device?
We would like to go on and on about the protection a laminated skin provides from scratching moisture and the benefits that a laminated skin can provide. Mostly, by adding a skin to your device you add a personalized style that makes your message come through loud and clear. These styles can be changed over and over to keep them looking hot!
2. Why do they need to laminated?
They don’t “need” to be laminated. We laminate our skins to add additional thickness to the vinyl as well a trap the printing ink under the laminate. This provides resistance to scratching, U.V.rays and moisture so that your skin will stay bright and scratch free for years to come.
3. Will my device be waterproof if I apply a “Skin”?
Although they help provide protection from moisture, they do not make your device waterproof. Please follow your manufactures instructions with regard to moisture or water near or on your product
4. Are eSkins permanent?
eSkins are manufactured with an adhesive that allows them to be removed. They may leave a slight adhesive residue that can be easily removed
